PET BOTTLE & CAP SECTION
To ensure strict quality and purity standards of Aquamax Ozonized Table Water, we manufacture the PET Bottles in our facility. PET bottle manufacturing process starts with forming the bottle molds straight from the granules. This section also involves blowing the various sizes of the PET bottles and forming the caps.
Compressors & Chillers
Used to power and cool the PET bottle and cap making equipment
Resin Mixers
Used to mix the resin for PET bottles and caps.
Pre-Form Pet Bottle Mold Forming Equipment
Makes 500cl, 750cl and 1.5ltrs Pre-Form Pet Bottle molds.
Pet Bottle Blowing Equipment
This automatic 3 Cavity PET bottle equipment blows 50cl, 75cl, 1.5ltr bottles. It has the capacity to produce 10500bottles/hr.
It has in-built Ultra Violet Light to kill mirco-organisms.
Pet Cap Forming Equipment
Our PET caps are also produced in-house with this equipment.
UV Room
Formed Pet Bottles and caps are stored here for 6 hours to kill all mirco-organisms that escaped during the forming process.
