WATER FILLING AND PACKAGING SECTION
Our water Filling and Packaging process is fully automated. It has the capacity to produce 26,000 Bottles/hr.
There is no human input from the time the pet bottle is fed to the plant till the water comes out in the shrink wrap packages. This process helps to assure the quality of Aquamax Ozonized Table Water.

Pet Bottle Washing Section
The PET bottles are fed to the filling plant straight from the UV Room. This section first washes and rinses the bottle to remove any objects that may have been left in the bottles during or after the pet bottle forming process.
Water Filling Section
24 filing nozzles. Nozzles are treated with anticeptics at every shutdown and restart.
Capping Section
The PET bottle are automatically capped at the capping section.
Labelling Section
Labelling of the filled and capped bottles are also done automatically at this section.
Label Shrink Wrap Section
By the time the labelled bottle comes out of this chamber, label is properly shrink wrapped to the bottle.
Over-wrap shrink wrap section
Aquamax Ozonized Table Water will emerge from this chamber as bottled water packed six units in a pack and ready to be moved to the market and to be enjoyed by our numerous health conscious consumers.
This ends the automated filling section of our facility.
Satchet Water Filling Plant
Our company is conscious of the need for those on low income bracket to enjoy clean, fresh, micro-organism free, pure water. As such we also have an automated plant that produces satchet water.
Our satchet water is the same water that gets filled in the bottled brand.
